A farmer can also calculate the insurance premium before applying for crop insurance. The farmer can report crop loss by filling a form with incident details and uploading the actual image of crop loss to verify the information provided. Facility is provided to track application status at every step.

A farmer can view his policy details and download his own policy in PDF format.

A FAQ section is provided that can resolve queries instantly. The farmer can also send an email or call to resolve queries using the Help Center option.
